ENERGY CONSULTANCY

We are excited to introduce our new ‘Energy Consultancy’ service, offering additional consultancy advice on top of EPC assessments for Landlords/Vendors who wish/need to improve the EPC rating on their property in line with current/future MEES Regulations.

Since 1 April 2020, landlords can no longer let or continue to let properties covered by the MEES (Minimum Energy Efficieny Standard) Regulations if they have an EPC rating below E, unless they have a valid exemption in place. 

• We can offer advice on reaching higher EPC bandings in line with current MEES (Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards) regulations
• We have exclusive tools/software available to assist us in providing you with the correct advice
• We have advanced knowledge on the RdSAP data collection and its sensitivities.  Click here for More Details     

Please note we are unable to provide any report without a site visit or use an existing EPC Certificate.   We are also unable to comment on any EPC Certificate we have not undertaken.
