Are you a landlord who needs energy saving advice to improve the EPC rating on your rental properties, making them more attractive to potential tenants and their environmental values, possibly resulting in higher rental income.
We can offer an ‘EPC Overview Report’ which will provide recommended upgrading works together with the materials/makes/models recognised by the EPC software. This information is not available on an EPC Certificate.
The EPC Overview Report is produced on the Government’s software and can only be produced by a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor accredited with a government approved energy assessment scheme - such as Elmhurst.
Since 1 April 2020, landlords can no longer let or continue to let properties covered by the MEES (Minimum Energy Efficieny Standard) Regulations if they have an EPC rating below E, unless they have a valid exemption in place.
Please note we are unable to provide any report without a site visit or use an existing EPC Certificate. We are also unable to comment on any EPC Certificate we have not undertaken.
